Highly accomplished and disciplined Chief Martial Arts Instructor with extensive experience in Karate and Taekwondo training, leadership, and program development. Adept at training students across all age groups, from beginners to advanced practitioners, while instilling core values of discipline, confidence, self-defense, respect, and physical fitness.
Responsible for designing and implementing structured training programs aligned with international martial arts standards, preparing students for belt gradings, competitions, and demonstrations. Proven expertise in technical instruction, sparring techniques, forms (Kata & Poomsae), conditioning, and injury prevention.
Demonstrates strong leadership by mentoring assistant instructors, managing training schedules, and maintaining a safe, motivating, and professional training environment. Actively engages with parents, institutions, and organizations to promote martial arts education and community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee Karate and Taekwondo training programs
Train students in self-defense, discipline, and physical conditioning
Prepare students for tournaments, belt examinations, and certifications
Develop age-appropriate and skill-level–based curriculum
Mentor junior instructors and ensure teaching quality
Enforce safety standards and ethical martial arts practices
Organize workshops, camps, and demonstrations
