"It is an incredible to be a part of Shiv's class. He makes sure that I follow the dance steps and do the exercises correctly and keeps a check on my daily progress. I have seen transformation in my body. Earlier it was tough for me to get out of bed, but thanks to his exercise/dance routine I am much more fresh and active. He also suggests alternative regime in case one exercise is not working for you. His dance steps are easy to follow and also the choices of songs are impeccable. Great learning. "
