Shashank Kumar - I'm your suppliment to boost your IQ and confidence..

I am a dedicated educator with 10 years of teaching experience, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for students of Classes 10, 11, and 12. I also provide comprehensive coaching for NIOS Board students across subjects including English, Home Science, Science, and other core areas. My teaching approach focuses on building strong conceptual foundations, improving problem-solving skills, and helping students achieve their academic goals through structured and personalized guidance.

I am a Computer Science Engineer with a strong academic background in technology, analytical subjects, and logical problem-solving. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from IGNOU to further expand my knowledge and continue my learning journey. My technical background helps me bring a logical and practical approach to teaching, enabling students to understand complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.

Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students from different academic backgrounds and learning levels, helping them improve their understanding and examination performance. I have also gained valuable experience working with BYJU’S, where I was exposed to structured teaching methodologies, organized lesson planning, and student-focused learning practices. This experience has helped me understand how to create effective learning strategies that support students in achieving better academic outcomes.

Along with my teaching experience, I have worked as an Academic Researcher with Royal Research Company, where I was involved in preparing research-based theses for international students. This role strengthened my research abilities, subject knowledge, and understanding of academic standards. The combination of teaching and research experience allows me to provide students with deeper insights, clear explanations, and a well-rounded learning experience.

I conduct online classes designed around interactive sessions and carefully planned lesson structures. Every lesson is prepared according to the student's syllabus, learning pace, and academic objectives. I encourage students to actively participate, ask questions, and engage in discussions so that they develop confidence and a deeper understanding of concepts rather than simply memorizing information.

My teaching methodology is concept-driven, structured, and student-focused. I use a whiteboard to explain topics step by step, making complex ideas easier to understand through clear illustrations, examples, and problem-solving techniques. I focus on regular practice, doubt-clearing sessions, and exam-oriented preparation to help students improve their accuracy, confidence, and overall performance in examinations.

My goal is to make learning simple, effective, and enjoyable for every student. I believe that with the right guidance, consistent practice, and a supportive learning environment, every learner can overcome challenges and achieve success. Through personalized mentoring and a strong focus on conceptual clarity, I strive to help students develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills required for their academic and future career growth.
