I teach Mathematics and Science to students of Class 8 and 9, and Science to Class 10 students. With over 10 years of teaching experience, including 7 years in school teaching and more than 3 years as a private tutor, I have worked with students across different learning levels and academic needs. Teaching has helped me understand how students think, where they struggle, and how to guide them toward clarity and confidence.

I hold an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Bengaluru University and a B.Ed. in Life Science from Avila College, Edakochi, Kerala. My academic background allows me to teach Science with strong conceptual depth while maintaining a structured and student-friendly approach. I believe that a clear understanding of concepts is the foundation for strong academic performance.

I have over 6 years of school teaching experience at Air Force School, Bengaluru, where I taught Science to students from Class 6 to Class 8 and Mathematics to students of Class 6 and 7 from February 2014 to March 2020. During this time, I observed consistent improvement in my students’ understanding, problem-solving abilities, and overall academic results, which has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

Alongside school teaching, my experience as a private tutor has helped me develop personalized teaching strategies. Working one-on-one or in small groups has allowed me to adapt my explanations according to each student’s learning pace and needs, ensuring that no student feels left behind.

My teaching methodology depends on the curriculum and the specific requirements of the students. I follow structured lesson plans aligned with the school syllabus and focus on interactive, concept-based explanations. I use practical examples wherever possible and emphasize step-by-step problem solving to make learning easier, clearer, and more engaging.

I conduct offline classes and use the whiteboard extensively during sessions. I provide instant notes during classes to help students revise easily and stay focused. I also conduct tests after every two chapters to assess understanding, track progress, and identify areas that need improvement, ensuring continuous academic growth and confidence building.
