- Conducting introductory sessions for new joiners to get acquainted with the company and its policies and also to help them feel welcome into the teams with ice breaker sessions, get to know your team sessions and basic soft skills to enhance listening, reading, speaking and writing skills.
- Conducting personality development and other soft skills sessions which includes professional behavior in the work place, how to greet and initiate small talk with new people, resume writing, mock interviews, self introduction etc, with an intention to train graduate students (both rural and urban), and get them ready to start their career.
- Conduct training on corporate etiquette and dress codes, grammar lessons if required, writing emails, conversing with your clients etc.
- Conducting team building activities along with conducting fun activities to bond with your team etc.
- Freelance teaching on soft skills topics including interactive and audio visual aids to teach college students and graduates on topics like resume building, group discussion topics, mock interviews, self introduction, body language, presentation skills, dress codes, business and work etiquette etc, to prepare them for real time job interviews and personality enhancement.
