"I have been training with Sachin since October 2019. I initially started with Sachin to reduce weight. Based on the individualized training and diet recommendations, I lost 12 Kg in about 6 months. There was a gap in the training during the lockdowns - but have kept off most of the lost weight. I have started training sessions with him again, now to strengthen and tone the body. He understands one's limits and customizes the sessions to one's ability and to maximize the benefit. He is very reliable and punctual (never been late, even once!). He is very pleasant to interact with. I recommend him highly if you need to lose weight or to strengthen or tone the body. "
