I am University of London graduate and Masters in English literature ...I was born and bred in Bahrain and have had a stint in writing for magazines and newspapers which only enhanced my writing skills.

I am a life coach trained by Landmark Education ( USA) and hence travel the world hosting seminars in communication skills and host workshops empowering women and youth to live empowered lives.

In 2004 I ventured into corporate food services and started my first health food kiosk at Infosys Bangalore....we now have our presence in several other corporates giants like Wipro. HP, Accenture....there has been no looking back ever since.

I love to learn and teach and use new and innovative methods of teaching....I am a mother of 2 amazing boys whom I have home schooled and am currently teaching online to class 9 in a school in Devengere for whom I have created amazing fun videos on history.
