"My experience was disappointing. Communication was very poor and it was extremely difficult to get proper support or timely responses. She often appeared to be available online, but in practice was rarely available when help was needed. I also found the communication style quite dismissive and unprofessional at times. Overall, I did not receive the level of guidance and support I expected from an IELTS trainer. "

"The classes were decent but not fully satisfactory. Since ma’am teaches many students in a day, there isn’t much time after class to do corrections. Most corrections are done on the weekends and then send on WhatsApp and even then, not all the work gets corrected. All corrections are done using AI. Her communication style didn’t always work for me. At times, she came across as rude or defensive. On one occasion, I also found her comments to be demotivating. The good: Her strategy PDF is good and helpful. "
