I have a work experience of over 13 years across various industries which include Training and Development and BPO/KPO. I have trained more than 1100 associates at Entry/ Middle/ Manager Levels.
I am certified Black Belt / Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma process. I have also achieved certification for the 35 hours mandatory course for PMP.

My Professional Strengths are strong business acumen, understanding the needs of the client and deliver accordingly. I am primarily responsible for the deployment of the content to the target audience. I have the ability to handle huge teams, multi task and adhere to stringent deadlines for the deliverables.
