Piano Preferred class strength:One on one/ Private Tutions

"Rohan School of Music has shown me the worst kind of corporate behavior I've ever experienced from a music institution. I have 8 class credits already paid for in advance for the upcoming month, yet they had the audacity to suspend my access and demand additional payment upfront, completely ignoring the fact that I still have prepaid credits. They even called us late at night demanding money, guilt tripping us and claiming, ‘it’s for our child’. This isn't just unprofessional — it's exploitative and unethical. Due to internet issues, the instructor, Mr. Huang Lee, was unable to take class. Due to his issues our paid credits went to waste. Another problem was where we paid for 1-hour classes, however every instructor only took the classes for 45 minutes. When we inquired about this regarding the first instructor, Mr. Raj, who always took 35 mins classes, we were subsequently allotted a new instructor with no explanation for the issue. And even then, the same problem continued. Every single issue that was brought up was treated with an interim solution. Mr. Rohan and the manager Ronny reflected this money-hungry attitude by claiming that we are at fault. Their actions reflect a contempt for their students and a disturbing obsession with money over integrity or basic decency. It's clear they care more about squeezing payments than honoring their own system or treating students with fairness. Absolutely disgraceful. I strongly advise others to stay away unless you’re ready to deal with arbitrary rules, greedy practices, and a complete lack of accountability. "

Would suggest everyone to first take demo class. You can also change the teacher of you don't like them. "
