Ritika teaches traditional Hatha Yoga, infused with elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa. She has been a self-taught student for 4 years and trained in traditional Hatha yoga style from Mysore. Her teachings are the software required for each person to shift their perspective to something more meaningful, true, and spiritual.

There is great joy in exploring your body, mind, and self; her gift to you is this exploration! A simple and intentional asana practice in the morning creates the necessary conditions for your innate wisdom to bloom.
