My name is Renuka Buthalia and I am a Special Needs Educator.

I am highly qualified, GAPSC certified, patient, caring and hard working. I work well in a collaborative and or in a small group setting. I am a professional who develops curriculum based age and grade appropriate lessons plans that are modified to suit different learning styles. I have served schools of repute in the capacity of a Head Mistress, Teacher, Spl.Needs Educator, Curriculum Developer, and Teacher Trainer. I conduct remedial reading and English Laerning classes at my center called HELP in Bangalore.
I design interactive Reading, Writing and Math thematic units to develop student interest in learning at small group centers for maximum academic success.
I have the ability to think “Outside the Box” and have made valuable contributions in developing “Behavior Intervention Plans” I have also proven my expertise in Educational Administration and Leadership.

My classroom management skills reflect order and structure with maximum use of instruction time. Each day in class reflects order and a clear understanding of classroom expectations. Strategies for students with Behavior Intervention Plans are implemented on a regular basis so as to collect data and document the effectiveness of each plan. Results are positive and encouraging leading to academic success.
