I have had the opportunity to work in both school and college settings, where I gained valuable experience in shaping students’ academic journeys. During my time in schools, I collaborated with diverse groups of students and adapted my teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. I was involved in creating lesson plans, conducting engaging lessons, and providing personalized support to students to help them achieve their academic goals. This experience not only strengthened my classroom management skills but also deepened my understanding of the unique challenges and rewards that come with teaching younger learners. In my time at the college level, I expanded my ability to work with more mature, independent students while still focusing on their personal and academic growth. I was responsible for facilitating discussions, guiding projects, and offering mentorship. My role allowed me to refine my communication skills, both in terms of delivering content clearly and encouraging critical thinking and self-reflection. Working with college students has given me a deeper appreciation for fostering a learning environment that encourages curiosity, self-motivation, and academic excellence, making me eager to continue teaching in a dynamic and supportive setting.
