Hi, Very glad to know that your family is running a school since 1982!!! Kudos to your family members & yourself! Since you have your own infrastructure (your School Premises & smart class tools), you do not have to do much investment. My suggestion is as follows:
1. Hire part-time Tutors to conduct different types of coaching after hours (may be from 4pm to 6pm).
2. You may start with Personality Development Training for 11th Standard Students because 10th & 12th standard students will be concentrating on their academic subjects.
3. In this personality development training, you can ask the Tutors to cover these tops (Building Self-Confidence, Facing Challenges in life and how to become resilient, Being Adaptable, Managing Emotional Intelligence, etc).
This can be done during summer holidays also, if students are able to come.
