I am a Phonics educator and Special Education trainer with 6 years of experience in supporting children with diverse learning needs. My work primarily focuses on helping students improve communication skills, reading ability, and academic confidence through structured and individualized teaching methods.
I hold a Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing, which has given me a strong foundation in understanding speech development, language disorders, and communication challenges. Along with this, I have completed an ECCEd Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, which supports my work in early learning and foundational skill development.
In addition, I have completed training in Jolly Phonics (2025), which helps me design effective phonics-based learning sessions for young learners. This training enables me to build strong reading and pronunciation skills through systematic sound recognition and blending techniques.
Over the years, I have worked closely with students having speech impairment, learning disabilities, and slow learning challenges. My focus has always been on creating a supportive learning environment where each child can progress at their own pace with confidence and motivation.
I follow a structured, student-centered teaching approach where each lesson is carefully planned according to the learner’s specific needs. My sessions are interactive and activity-based, ensuring that students learn through visual, auditory, and practical engagement for better retention.
I conduct online classes using PPTs, videos, and guided exercises to make learning more engaging and effective. My goal is to build strong foundational skills in phonics and communication while supporting each learner’s overall academic and personal development.
