I am a professionally trained and qualified counsellor. I have 12 plus years of experience as a counsellor. I have worked at the best institutions in India and Dubai like the American College of Dubai, BITS Pilani Dubai, Christ University, and St. Joseph’s College Bangalore. My biggest strength has been my positive interaction and rapport with the students. I have helped many students overcome suicidal thoughts, Depression, Anxiety. My goal has been to remove the stigma attached to counseling and make it normal. I can say I have succeeded in this vision. My biggest achievement as a counsellor has been to make counselling as a positive and viable option of coping. My rapport with students has been exceptionally great and have helped them to overcome the challenges they were facing. My career span as a Psychological Counselor has been marked by positive feedback from my clients, innovative strategies, research and policies to help the institutions I have worked with. I have been constantly upgrading my skills in various therapies like CBT, Diet and Nutrition, Positive Psychology, Inner Child Healing, Psychological First Aid, Relationship Counselling. From Institutions like John Hopkins University USA, Monash Australia, Open University London. These courses have helped me with the latest and innovative strategies to understand and support my clients in the best possible ways. People have always been at the center of my work.
