Throughout my postgraduate studies, I had the opportunity to learn from her across multiple advanced subjects. In our first semester, she laid a strong analytical foundation by teaching us Engineering Mathematics. In the second semester, she seamlessly transitioned into highly specialized domains, delivering excellent instruction in both Multimedia Compression Techniques and Advanced Digital Signal Processing. "Prerna Ma’am was my PG faculty for the batch of 2017-2029 while I studied MTech in BMS college of engineering. My specialization was Digital communication. I would highly recommend her as teacher/mentor/lecturer to any science based student. Her in depth knowledge on various topics is commendable. Her way of teaching/explaining concepts to students is so simple that it becomes very easy for the students to grasp them. "I had the privilege of attending Dr. Prerana Gupta's Probability Theory and Network Security classes during my B Tech at BMSCE. She also mentored our project, which went on to become a finalist in the Nokia White Paper Competition. Dr. Prerana Gupta was one of the teachers I looked up to during my bachelor's. She had a unique way of teaching that focused on understanding concepts instead of memorizing answers. Her quizzes and exams were challenging in the best way—they made us think, apply what we had learned, and enjoy the learning process. Looking back, I truly appreciate how much they helped us grow.
