"I have been learning all the nuances of cooking from Prathamesh for more than a month now and must say the entire journey with him is turning out to be just memorable ! He has all the qualities a good mentor/trainer must have he is knowledgeable,patient,makes things easy to understand,very detailed etc more importantly he makes the entire session (learning process) very enjoyable .His teaching is very process oriented and tailors it according to the requirement.He tells you the techniques and tools you need for recipes hence making it easy to pick a lot of basics from . When he teaches each session it contains step by step directions and photos to make cooking so fun to do.He is also very innovative where he shares some of important tips to be aware of while cooking,he encourages you to ask more questions and ensure you understand the concept well. When learning from him you will realize he truely loves cooking and is more than happy to share the knowledge with others.I am glad am Learning from the best . "

"I enrolled for 2 online courses, one was "Cooking Basics" and other was "Continental Cooking" from Chef Prathamesh. He is very patient with new learners and gives detailed explanations of the topics he discusses.His tips and tricks are tried and tested which are difficult to always search on the internet. His courses have helped me a lot in developing my culinary skills. Above all I found his charges to be quite reasonable as compared to other Chefs. Looking forward to taking more courses from him. "

"Mr.Prathamesh is a very skilled and a Humble Chef. He has been teaching me cooking since a year now. He has taught me all kinds of food. From Indian to Chinese to Thai. He has taught me everything He is a very good teacher too. I would recommend him to all of you. I dream to be a great cook like him now "
