I am a Dance and Fitness trainer with over 15 years of teaching experience, specializing in Contemporary Dance, Bollywood, and Hip-Hop styles. I help students of different age groups and skill levels improve their dance techniques, body movement, confidence, and overall performance. Along with dance training, I also provide fitness training through Zumba, Aerobics, Strength Training, Flexibility Exercises, and other fitness practices to help students achieve a balanced approach towards movement and wellness.

I have received professional dance training from renowned institutes, including Terence Lewis Professional Training Institute and Shiamak Davar Institute for Performing Arts. These training experiences have helped me develop strong technical knowledge, understand different dance styles, and build effective teaching methods that combine creativity, discipline, and performance skills.

Throughout my 15 years of experience in the dance and fitness field, I have trained students with different learning levels, goals, and backgrounds. I focus on helping beginners build strong foundations while also guiding advanced learners in improving their techniques, expressions, and performance abilities. My teaching approach is designed to make every student feel comfortable, motivated, and confident while learning.
