Poonam is very thorough in grammar concepts, use of right words as per context, and sentence structure which has really helped me to improve continuously on my B1 Schreiben skills and now I am interested to learn language further. I learned a lot about writing emails and blogs, keeping context intact, ensuring flow of thoughts through write-up and so on. She always responded to my queries very promptly, and indicated the errors with the detailed clarifications. Also we had a couple of Sprechen classes which has boosted my confidence further.
