IdentityI am an active mixed martial artist with competitive experience across multiple disciplines, including four amateur MMA fights at both state and national levels. Alongside MMA, I have competed in six Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu matches, including national-level tournaments, which has strengthened my technical understanding of grappling, mobility, and functional strength training. I also hold a state-level bronze medal in kickboxing, showcasing my striking proficiency, discipline, and competitive drive.
Through years of structured training and competition, I have developed a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, mobility work, injury-prevention techniques, and sport-specific coaching. My experience working with teammates and helping others prepare for fights has equipped me with practical coaching skills, clear communication, and the ability to tailor training programs to different fitness levels.
