Tutor's home I attended Miss. Pavitra's class for 6 months. Unfortunately, because I had to move that I discontinued the class. I'm 26yr so I was quite embarrassed about taking a class now, but Miss. Pavitra help me get over it and made so comfortable. She is caring, understanding and very passionate about dance. It is a delight to have learnt from her. I also pushes you to do stage performance, which helps you to build your confidence. I thanks Miss. Pavitra for giving me the boost I needed.

Pavithra is learning Konnakkol from Vidwan Shri B.R. Somashekar Jois from many years. She teaches Bharathanatyam and Konnakkol to more than 80 interested students. Every year, Pavithra organizes & co-curates the Pranavanjali Dance Festival- Nruthya Samhitha which presents some of the leading younger soloists in the Indian classical dance scene. In the Konnakkol Junior Exam conducted by Karnataka State Secondary Education Board, she received the highest score for the state, 98%. She has been conducting Konnakkol Workshops for Government School Students at KALAKRIDA, Jakkur for the past three years, which are organised by the Ahum Trust, Bangalore. She has been teaching Konnakkol to government school children in Aredeshanahalli for the past 8 months, which is managed by the Airport Authority of Bangalore. Performed with Laya Lavanya Grand Ensemble for Shri I consider my self a Purandara Dasa & Tyagaraja Swamy Aaradhane, conceptualized by Karnataka Kalashree Vid. Shri. Anoor AnanthaKrishna Sharma. Performed for Mahendra Percussion Festival with the Ghatam Mastero Padma Bhushana Vid. Shri Vikku Vinayakram & Team. Performed for the PARAMPARA event on the occasion of Guru Purnima at the Grand Theatre at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, Mumbai. Conceptualized by the Ghatam Mastero Padma Bhushana Vid. Shri Vikku Vinayakram, Grammy Award Winner Vid Shri Selva Ganesh & Team. Performed for the Bandland-2024 Music Concert at Nice Grounds, Madhavara with the Grammy Award Winner Vid Shri Selva Ganesh, Vid Shri Swaminathan Selva Ganesh & Team.
