My interest in various arts and crafts has been with me since my childhood. I started embroidery at the age of 10 and by age 15 I was already taking classes for many elders. My education in fashion design has only excelled me to go ahead in life and try out various new challenges. I have also taught my passion in two prestigious schools in Chennai - DAV Gopalapuram and Babaji Vidhyashram - Shollinganallur. I have now embarked on the journey to teach and make generation aware of what all can be created from things around us like a newspaper, plastic etc. and take a break from the Digital life. Hand Embroidery is my speciality and it is an age-old art which can give any fabric and beautiful makeover.
