I teach Hatha, Ashtanga, Aerial, Yin, Prenatal & Postnatal, along with Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga.
I also focus on mindfulness, guided meditation, breathwork, stress-relief practices, and chronic pain–focused sessions.
My approach blends Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Music Therapy, and Face Yoga to create simple, inclusive, and supportive classes for all ages and levels.
I’m a certified Yoga Alliance Instructor (RYT) with 6+ years of experience. I’ve done both my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Yoga, and a Master’s in Psychology.
