Teaching Physics in my college has been a highly fulfilling and transformative journey. It has provided me with the opportunity to connect with young, inquisitive minds and help them navigate the fascinating world of Physics. From the very beginning, I have focused on building a strong conceptual foundation for students, as I believe that understanding the ‘why’ behind every concept is crucial before tackling the ‘how’. Topics like mechanics, thermodynamics, waves, and electromagnetism are introduced with relatable examples, real-life applications, and visual demonstrations to make learning more engaging. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and approach problems systematically. Regular tests, discussions, and problem-solving sessions are integrated into the teaching process to enhance understanding and boost confidence. One of the most rewarding aspects of this experience is witnessing the transformation in students—from being intimidated by the subject to developing a genuine interest and confidence in it. I constantly adapt my methods based on feedback and learning styles to ensure every student progresses. Overall, teaching Physics at my college has not only helped me grow as an educator but has also reinforced my passion for the subject. It is truly gratifying to play a part in shaping the academic journey and future of my students.
