I'm a Yoga Therapist with an MSc in Yoga Therapy - 2 year full time residential degree. Have been providing Yoga Therapy sessions to individuals & groups for Health management - Obesity, Asthma, Arthiritus, Anxiety, Depression, Diabetes, Hypertension, Back pain, Neck/ shoulder pain, neurological disorders, gynaecological disorder, endocrine disorders and overall positive health. Have over 5 years of Experience in Yoga Therapy. Sessions are holitic; adressing all layers of ones existence - annamaya, pranmaya, manomaya, vigyanmaya, anandamaya kosa. They are customised with targeted practices of Kriyas, Asanas, Sukshma vyayama, Pranayama, Breathing techniques, Meditation, Deep relaxation techniques, plus special techniques like MSRT, Cyclic Meditation, Chanting, Yogic Philosophy, Yogic diet counseling, Ayurveda Counseling etc.
