I am lifestyle consultant, with wide experience as a yoga instructor and nutrition consultant. With around 10 years of experience in practicing yoga.

I am pursing my Phd in Yoga science and have a keen interest in balanced nutrition.

My view of fitness is holistic which includes both mental and physical fitness. Yoga practice is a proven cure to modern day ailments like obesity, over-weight, stress, high blood pressure and even diabetes. Having right approach and mindset to life

I focus on my client as an individual case, as ailments are deep rooted into lifestyle, food habits, mental state of happiness and personal challenges. Brain tones the body! To me health is always reactive.

I have coached professionals with focus on profession related stress and practices. I am part of an NGO which focuses on female health, we ensure health of both child and mother by traditional means. I work with a team of nutritionist and doctors who deal with pregnancy complications ensuring normal delivery.

I also run a personal venture called Pro-Lifestyle Guru.
