I attempted to contact you and provided a reminder about the class before you eventually joined. This demonstrates my commitment to punctuality, which is further supported by evidence from class recordings and call recordings. Similarly, on May 5th, I accommodated your circumstances when you had to leave the class due to a power outage. Regarding the grammar instruction, I regularly share my screen during lessons to ensure clarity and accuracy, which serves as additional evidence of the quality of my teaching. Anyone can play the class recordings to crosscheck my teaching and the material I am using, while I'm disappointed to hear about your dissatisfaction, I remain dedicated to providing quality education and ensuring a positive learning experience for all my students. "It was all good at first with the Demo Class. However, later on, when I proposed new alternations with the hours and payment through email, she started lecturing me to make payments without any agreements. In our professional life agreements are not an insult but a way to agree and build more trust between two individuals. She called me on my phone number and started to shout saying it was an insult. I was shocked by how she perceived a student's proposal and did not let me talk. She even went on to say that other students pay her Rs 9000 and that if I should be okay to make the payment of only 6hrs i.e. Rs 1800. She even insulted me by saying that I might be poor which is why I cannot trust her. She then started proposing another way which I proposed before but she rejected it at that time. When I asked again to go with the first way, she asked me to contact other tutors on UrbanPro and cut the call in my face. She is talking about an email with mere proposals as an insult when in reality she is the one who insulted me for 10 mins without even letting me speak. She contacted me at first and on her profile, it was mentioned Rs 300/hr. I was okay with the amount. But after the Demo class she said it is 350/hr upon enquiry she said that the extra amount was due to the commission to UrbanPro. It is natural that the platform UrbanPro will take commission then why do I have to make the extra payment for it? I replied to her because she had good reviews but she turned out to be an unfriendly and moreover insulting teacher. I will never be able to forget this day. I tried UrbanPro for the first time and it turned out to be the worse experience. I wish UrbanPro to take action against it. I am stunned by her behaviour. Please beware of all the scams that occur on such platforms and do not waste your money on teachers who insult students and tease them regarding their economical background."
