Overview

I am basically a engineer and was working in an MNC as trainer technical field. Can speak in 5 languages fluently. English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. In my company trainees were coming from all over India and as a trainer I had to train and speak in the language the trainees would understand. This was the first priority as a trainer. Secondly I had to stoop down to their level in teaching. My job was to train them on CNC related machines and all the machines had PC. Many trainees were not aware of anything about computers keyboard mouse etc. They were from poor background operator level and no exposure to computers. So I had to start from basics of computers (though not my job) and taken on to teach their subject. I enjoyed teaching very much. Few of my students are working in Dubai, Nigeria etc.
