Michael Xavier

I teach Hindi and English to students from Class 1 to Class 5, focusing on helping young learners build strong foundations in language skills. My classes are designed to improve reading, writing, comprehension, and basic communication abilities in both languages. I believe that early language learning plays a crucial role in a child’s academic development, and I aim to make the process simple, engaging, and effective for my students.

I have one year of teaching experience, during which I taught at NSTC under the Adani Foundation. This experience gave me the opportunity to work closely with young students and understand their learning patterns and academic needs. Teaching in this environment helped me develop a patient and supportive approach to guiding students.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Osmania University (External), completed in 1995. I have also completed post-graduation in Personnel Management, which has strengthened my organizational and communication skills. My academic background helps me maintain a structured and disciplined approach in my teaching.

In addition to my teaching experience, I bring more than 40 years of professional experience from various fields. This extensive professional background has helped me develop strong interpersonal skills, discipline, and a practical approach to guiding students in their learning journey.

One of my key professional achievements has been completing international safety certifications from the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) in Dubai. I have successfully completed NEBOSH Levels 1, 2, and 3, which are globally recognized certifications in the field of safety management. These qualifications reflect my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

I conduct both online and offline classes and adapt my teaching methodology according to the needs and pace of each student. I prepare structured lesson plans and use interactive and practical teaching methods to ensure concepts are clearly understood. I also use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to make lessons more engaging and easy to follow, helping students learn with confidence.
