An intrinsically motivated trainer with exceptional communication skills, possessing a flair for training. Owing to an extensive training experience of twenty years I am able to effect a high degree of improvement in the language of trainees. Besides, training for me is a passion not a profession.
EXPERIENCE:

I trained Value batches for HP Solution Centre and Competency Centre.
Single-handedly I ran call-handling simulations and functioned as a client to help trainees acquire and develop call-handling skills. Feedback on calls was an integral part of simulation sessions
Simulation of conference calls was also an important part of the training programme
I ran the communication round of interviews for HP Solution Centre.
Have trained for written skills (Email and Online Chat).
Have also extensively facilitated soft skill (English, accent neutralization and CRM) training programmes for clients such as - HP, HP - GDIC, DELL, ACCENTURE, ICICI, AOL, TESCO,YAHOO, SIEMENS and SAIC.
I conducted remedial training and facilitated language enhancement programmes
Successfully trained laterals and freshers with finesse and ease.
Have conducted train the trainer programmes also.
June 2007 onwards
Have been freelancing for various companies like ITC Windsor and ITC Gardenia.
Currently training at Maria Sadan Trust. Here training involves acquisition and development of both written and spoken skills in rural students and to get them ready for college.
I am also conducting Spoken English training for international students and preparing them for ACT exams.

Directed plays and pageants and organized events.
Been a supervisor over senior school staff.

My value proposition as a trainer in your esteemed organization would be to deliver services that assist in changing or improving performance of individuals, teams and organizations.
