Based on my experience, this is what I suggest:
1) For learning skills - Download and install Podcast Player - listen to it while jogging, travelling etc.. (I do it myself)
2) Understanding - It only comes when you look carefully and are curious to google out new words and phrases
3) Speak like a Native - It depends where you stand currently. If you are just a starter, I recommend not to set that expectation for yourself. Better work on Accent reduction. It's important to understand that there is no perfect way of speaking English; even Native speakers make a lot of mistakes. So remove those mental barriers and sense of inferiority in your mind. Start talking, and you will see yourself improving much faster
If you are an intermediate - You should look for classes from the experts on Urbanpro. I am not the one though
