"I was attending Manisha’s yoga classes for a very long time . The classes are a absolute bliss. I felt totally refreshed after each class . The classes are paced very well starting from warm up , stretching , surya mamas kar and different asanas in each class and ending with meditation and breathing exercises. I would certainly recommend anyone to join , it’s value add is much more compared to the price . I had been to many classes earlier but hers are the best !! "
