Yes, but depends on the exersice he/she is doing. You can only increase 1 or 2 inches Max. Swimming recommended for 2years continuous. Don't do resistance training/ weight training. Practice minimum 1.5km everyday.

Swimming and gym is very important aspects in weight management and making a perfect posture also. Gym is a warm up, strengthening and also posture and weight management aspects are also included. Swimming and gym is very important aspects in weight management and making a perfect posture also.

Gym is a warm up, strengthening and also posture and weight management aspects are also included. It's mainly an aerobic exercise.

In swimming it's an anaerobic exercise, it's very useful for warm down the full muscles and also give you flexibility and a fresh feeling.

If you train in gym at low weight with maximum repetition for one hour and in next hour 1-1.5km continuous swimming would make you a better posture and every aspects of exercises also.

S you can, You could buy goggles with same power lenses, its bit expensive, but for personal use it will be a one time investment.

Better way is, You should swim before 8am in the morning or after 5pm in the evening. Because chlorine and sunlight may cause colour changes in your skin.
