Manash

I teach students from Classes 1 to 5 across all subjects, including Languages, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Along with academic subjects, I also teach Dance and have around 12 years of experience in dance training, performance, and fitness. I have also spent 4 years teaching at an academy, which has helped me develop a practical understanding of working with students at different learning levels.

My academic background includes a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering. Alongside my technical education, I have developed extensive practical experience in teaching, dance training, fitness, and performance. This combination allows me to bring both structured thinking and creativity into my teaching sessions.

For academic subjects, I focus on helping young learners build strong foundations and develop a clear understanding of basic concepts. I use simple explanations, practical examples, activities, and regular practice to make lessons easier to understand. I believe children learn better when they are actively involved in the learning process, so I encourage them to ask questions, participate in discussions, and practise concepts during the class.

I follow a structured yet flexible teaching approach based on the student's age, learning level, and individual requirements. I plan lessons in a way that keeps students engaged while ensuring that important concepts are covered systematically. I also use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to explain topics visually, break down difficult concepts, and make classroom interactions more effective.

Along with academics, Dance is an important part of my professional experience. I have around 12 years of experience in dancing, training, and performing, and I have travelled to different cities to participate in international workshops, dance events, competitions, theatre performances, and dance battles. These experiences have helped me develop strong skills in performance, choreography, training, discipline, and stage confidence.

As a Dance and Fitness Trainer, I focus on developing not only technique but also coordination, body movement, rhythm, confidence, and overall fitness. I try to make training sessions enjoyable and progressive so that students can learn comfortably while continuously improving their skills. I adapt the pace and level of training according to the learner's experience and goals.

My aim is to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where students can grow academically as well as creatively. Whether a student needs help with school subjects from Classes 1 to 5, wants to improve their understanding through regular practice, or wishes to learn Dance and develop their performance skills, I provide structured guidance, patience, and personalised attention to help them progress with confidence.
