With over 4 years of experience in dance fitness, I've helped hundreds of students discover the joy of movement while achieving their fitness goals. My high-energy Zumba classes combine Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise for a fun, effective workout.

My mission is to create an inclusive, energetic environment where everyone—regardless of age or fitness level—can experience the transformative power of dance fitness. Every class is designed to make you sweat, smile, and leave feeling empowered.
