I am Mahalakshmi S R, a passionate and dedicated Chemistry educator with strong academic excellence and diverse teaching experience. I am currently working as a Chemistry Lecturer at Deeksha-Vedantu PU College and also serve as a part-time Chemistry tutor at Elite Academy. In addition, I have over 2 years of experience as a personal home tutor, helping students strengthen their conceptual understanding and improve their academic performance.

Apart from subject teaching, I have also worked as a Junior Mentor at Prerana NGO, where I trained and guided students in developing soft skills, communication abilities, confidence, and personality development. This experience helped me better understand student psychology and improve my mentoring and motivational skills.

I hold a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry and was awarded the University Gold Medal for securing the top rank in my discipline. I also cleared the KSET-2024 examination in my first attempt, reflecting my strong academic background and subject expertise.

My teaching methodology focuses on making Chemistry simple, engaging, and easy to understand through practical examples, real-life applications, and interactive learning techniques. I believe that every student can perform well when concepts are taught with patience, clarity, and the right guidance.
