With 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in a comprehensive range of training programs including weight loss, weight gain, muscle training, cardio training, general fitness, HIIT, and functional training. My journey began at Gold's Gym, where I honed my skills as a personal fitness trainer, and has since evolved through freelancing and working with Buvaneshwar Fitness.
