As a Counselling Psychology student, I have developed a solid academic and practical foundation in core areas such as therapeutic communication, individual counselling, behavior analysis, and mental health assessment. Alongside my studies, I have taken on the role of a tutor, supporting peers and younger students in understanding key psychological concepts and developing their academic skills. This dual role has enhanced my ability to communicate complex topics clearly and with empathy skills that are essential in both counselling and teaching. My experience as a tutor has also strengthened my patience, active listening, and ability to adapt explanations based on individual learning needs. Through internships in clinical settings and certificate courses in areas such as workplace counselling and psychiatric foundations, I have combined theoretical knowledge with real-world exposure, allowing me to approach both tutoring and counselling with deeper insight and sensitivity
