But the real change in personality will come with applying those techniques effectively each day, in day to day activities. If by improving your communication skills you mean English! That means you or your work is targeting a segment of people who are literates and fluent with English. Also people who will judge your presentation skills. In that case yes the communication skills class will make a tremendous difference. Now, lets talk about the segment that doesn't know English but if they could be your customers too. In that case learning a regional language will be a boon. What is personality? noun 1. the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual's distinctive character. "she had a sunny personality that was very engaging" synonyms: character, nature, disposition, temperament, make-up, persona, psyche, identity "her cheerful and vibrant personality" These are usually an individuals personal traits, virtues etc. They form your character. And the way you project your self to the world. A person who is deaf and dumb also has a personality. Taking a class for personality development will enhance your body language skills and behaviour. Now, owing to the fact the person you learn from is a successful person too or at-least making a remarkable shift in their careers! Or someone with a successful sales background or related field. Why? As they can look back and connect the dots of their success and they may guide the mentee too. All in all learning something new is fun and adds on to your overall personality. But what you learn and from whom you learn definitely matters too. Lastly, you are in charge of your life and always will be. Application of knowledge brings shift and results. like someone once said “You can count the seeds in an apple, but you can't count the apples in a seed. What should be ideal fee and duration for communication skill trainers profile?

Start with charging per class or per assignment! dont go below 300 per class as that is a standard market rate anywhere i guess. Later once you see the reviews adjust it accordingly. hope it helps.

Can we earn money without joining any membership on UrbanPro or it is compulsory to join a membership?

Its a nominal fee that they charge also your address gets verified. Your credibility increases! Recently seems like they have made it mandatory to pay and become a member. Initially there were no such tags!
