Kavya S.

I have been a tutor for the past 5 to 6 years. As an IT employee, I am passionate about teaching future leaders. I teach subjects according to the students' curriculum, focusing on building strong fundamentals, improving conceptual understanding, and helping students gain confidence in their studies. My responsibilities include preparing lessons, explaining concepts in a simple and engaging manner, conducting regular tests and assessments, clearing doubts, tracking student progress, and providing individual attention based on their learning needs. I also communicate with parents regarding student performance and areas that require improvement. Through tutoring, I have developed strong communication, patience, classroom management, and problem-solving skills, while learning how to adapt my teaching approach to different students and learning styles. I have experience working as a private tutor, providing personalized academic support to students from primary to high-school levels.
