IdentityI completed my B.com in 2020. I have also pursued an ACSM certification and nutrition guidance certification. I have more than four years of experience. I have worked in various fitness institutions like Blessing, Jaguar, Biofit, and Rowell fitness centres. I am a proud Mr Karnataka fourth place holder.
I was passionate about bodybuilding and fitness right from a young age. My seniors encouraged and motivated me to start personal fitness training. I am a passionate teacher working towards the wellness of my students. I am a personal trainer with expertise in weight loss, weight gain and nutritional guidance. My classes are conducted through both offline and online modes. Students between the ages of sixteen to sixty-five are welcome to my classes.
My classes are meticulously structured and well-planned. The lessons are highly interactive. My classes are highly practical and exciting for the students. I cater to my student's needs and design my classes according to them. My course is designed for ninety days. I also provide proper and prepare my students for participating in various competitions. Apart from that, I offer nutritional support and guidance according to the BMI of the clients.
