Tution with an experienced tutor is the best. However in situations when tutors are not available in your neighbourhood or their timings are not suitable you may consider online tutoring as an alternative.
Further it depends upon the maturity level of the student. I will not recommend online Tution for high school children. At the Pre University or higher levels it could be taken as an alternative.
Progress in any Tution must be evaluated regularly - otherwise it could result in an utter waste of time and resources.
