Founded and managed by Mrs. Shilpa K, Janavi Academy stands as a trusted name in teacher training, delivering consistent quality and innovative methodologies for more than 10 years. We are proud to have trained over 2,500 teachers across Karnataka and beyond, nurturing skilled professionals who now work in reputed institutions worldwide. Alongside this, our preschool initiative has positively impacted the lives of more than 1,500 children by providing a strong educational foundation in their formative years. Our academic team is the backbone of our success. We have over six highly experienced faculty members and five guest trainers, each bringing 8 to 15 years of expertise in fields like early childhood education, soft skills, healing modalities, and teaching methodologies. The team holds diverse qualifications including MBA, B.Ed., M.Ed., Montessori Certifications, TEFL, NLP, and Diplomas in Early Childhood and Special Education.
