I am a Hindustani classical music vocalist and teacher. I am a student of Dr. Nagaraj Rao Havaldar and Sri. Omkarnath Havaldar. I have been receiving training in the gurukula system of learning for 16 years now. I specialise in Hindustani classical khayal singing, Devaranamas, Vachanas and Hindi bhajans. I have performed in concerts, CDs and featured in Indian Raga Lab's Yaman Eri aali video.
I am a passionate, friendly and devoted teacher and teach close to 20 students at home and on Skype (for overseas students).
I am looking forward to teaching and sharing the musical knowledge and experience which is grown and nurtured by our rich musical heritage.
