Hey Suman! As a native English speaker from the UK who is living in India, I know first hand that the English spoken here is quite different from the way we speak back home. I reccomend listening to podcasts or radio talk shows from the UK so that you really have a chance to pick up the accent. You can listen to these on the bus or at night, if it helps you, listen to these on 0.5 speed so you can catch everything!
Also another great way is to - speak with a native speaker! Either through tutoring or finding someone you can communicate casually with on a regular basis.
