I am a certified Yoga Teacher with certifications from the AYUSH Ministry and Yoga Alliance. With over 10 years of personal yoga practice and 7 years of teaching experience, I have been trained in the traditional and authentic styles of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.
I have had the privilege of guiding 1,000+ students on their yoga journey. My students have experienced increased energy, improved flexibility, stress relief, better hormonal balance, healthy weight management, relief from body aches and pains, and enhanced overall well-being.
My online classes are designed for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Every session includes:
