I am a certified Yoga Teacher with experience in teaching Hatha Yoga, traditional yoga practices, Pranayama, Surya Namaskar, and yoga-based wellness practices. I have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program from Rishikesh Yog Kendra and have also undergone Yoga Therapy training at SERA Yoga Therapy Centre.

I have been practicing yoga consistently and have experience guiding students through both individual and group sessions. My teaching approach focuses on improving flexibility, strength, balance, breathing, body awareness, and overall well-being.

I offer both online and in-person yoga sessions and can customize classes according to the student's age, fitness level, experience, and individual goals. I aim to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students can learn yoga safely and consistently.

My key skills include Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Surya Namaskar, yoga for flexibility and strength, breathing practices, relaxation, and mindful movement.

I am passionate about helping people develop a regular yoga practice and experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga in their daily lives.
