I was a corporate employee who was working in different MNC's since 10 years (2014 to 2025) and I started practicing the yoga to myself since 2 years and was also interested to teach so I started a Yin Yoga classes online and I got certificated in Udemy and more over I'm currently practicing 200hrs Yoga Teachers training courses in Hatha Yoga in Arogya Yogshala Institute online classes.

Moreover, I maintain my fitness with food and diet balance, mediation since 3-4 years with health balance diet plans and also learned more about the Pcos/Pcod issues and resolution of exercises and life style habits for the same as I had got Pcos in 2021 as I was doing complete night shift job for US region.
Also, I was guiding my friends and colleagues for meditation.

Hence, I came around yoga postures since 2 years and also was practicing seeing the YouTube videos as medicine was not only solution for resolving the pcos issue with in my body, it's the lifestyle balance, yoga and meditation I got awareness.
