Overview

After my secondary school diploma, I moved on to complete my graduation in Commerce in the year 2004. Post which I pursued higher studies (double masters) focused in the areas of Human Resources. I also worked as a Recruiter in Honeywell Technologies Solutions Limited based in Bengaluru? India in the year 2007 as I completed my MSW in HR before taking up further studies to complete my MBA in HR. After receiving a double Masters in Human Resources in 2007 and 2010 respectively, I gained exposure as a Faculty member, consistently paving my way to the position of an Assistant Professor currently. I have now fulfilled my lifetime dream of a PhD in Human Resources in 2018. Having submitted my thesis on Work-Life Balance among Academicians in B-Schools with special reference to Women in Bangalore, I am not waiting for my grant and approval. I am qualified to teach most courses in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
